The Keynote Program

Every group starts with The Juggling Experience, an opportunity to learn to juggle with slow-moving nylon scarves. Methodology - This interactive ice-breaker is 100% participatory and interactive. Participants set goals, work in teams which grow in size as the session proceeds. They stretch beyond self-imposed limits and release hidden capabilities, using musical instructions and cooperative learning tools. Everyone participates as both coach and learner, and experiences that exciting "Ah-Ha" moment when something complex and baffling suddenly becomes crystal clear. At every step we congratulate and celebrate. Everyone leaves the room changed for the better!

Achieve a Balanced Life - Methodology - In this interactive sharing session we open the "Human Relations Toolbox." We stretch, breath deeply and make contact with others, reveal someone who changed our life for the better, tell strangers about our accomplishments and our shortcomings, share positive experiences from childhood, visualize a balanced life, create affirmations for a future in balance and vocalize them emphatically. We end with a "mill" going around the room in a joyful celebration, congratulating each other for our risk taking and capability.

Run Away and Join Your Own Circus - Methodology - In this reflective three hour session each person works on their own following a well-tested formula to create an alternative future, put a "bottom line" on that future, and learn to live a "designer life" as if their life depended on it, because it does.

• Be full of energy at all times.
• Have tools to redesign your life if conditions change
