Monica's experience comes from performing the roles of salesperson, manager, leader, public speaker, trainer and entrepreneur. She began speaking and managing over 16 years ago and has led employees and teams in both direct and virtual capacities for multiple locations. She has extensive leadership experience and has observed firsthand the "best practices" in corporate leadership development. Her twelve years in ladies retail clothing, with her first management position at 18, and her 6 years in the wireless industry, as a leader to 25 trainers, have given her a great deal of experience to pull from. Tapping into this knowledge base, she created her own unique and highly successful approach to leadership training and implementation.

Monica holds several certifications in Training, an MBA, and is owner/President of PresentersPlus Inc Training Company. She is an adjunct instructor with The University of Phoenix and an amateur polo player.
